What This Tool Does

Organize PDF gives you a visual, drag-and-drop interface for restructuring any PDF document. Every page is rendered as a thumbnail so you can see exactly what you are working with. Drag any thumbnail to a new position to reorder pages, click duplicate to insert a copy of a page right after itself, or click delete to remove pages you do not need.

Common Uses

Fixing scan order: drag pages back into the correct order when scanned out of sequence.
Removing blank or unwanted pages: delete scanner artifacts or sections you do not need to share.
Inserting repeated content: duplicate a signature page or form template that needs to appear multiple times.
Reassembling combined documents: fix the sequence when pages from different sources were merged wrong.

How It Works

Thumbnails are rendered with PDF.js purely for visual reference. Your edits are applied at full quality using pdf-lib when you save, copying the original high-resolution page content rather than the preview thumbnails.

Privacy

Everything happens locally in your browser. Your PDF is never uploaded to any server.
