Pages commonly end up rotated incorrectly for a few reasons: scanning a landscape document on a portrait scanner bed, combining pages from documents with mixed orientations, or a mobile scanning app misjudging page orientation automatically. Rather than re-scanning, you can correct rotation digitally in seconds.
Each page thumbnail is rendered using PDF.js so you can see exactly what you're rotating before saving. Rotation angles are applied using pdf-lib's page rotation metadata, a true rotation embedded in the PDF's page structure, so the rotated PDF displays correctly in every PDF viewer.
Use "Rotate All" when an entire scanned document came in sideways, a single click fixes every page. Use individual arrows when only some pages are misoriented, common in documents assembled from multiple scanning sessions.
All rendering and rotation happens locally in your browser. Your PDF is never uploaded anywhere.
